What we gather

We collect personal information through our registration forms.  Personal information is information that personally identifies you and/or your company you are representing. 

We will request that you give us your email address, mailing address, phone number, website, EIN and/or Tax ID number. An e-mail confirmation will be sent once registered. If we have a question about your purchase (offer) activities, we may contact you by e-mail or by phone. 

In addition, we may use your information to recommend the latest Notes based on your criteria, to personalize our newsletters if you choose to subscribe, to maintain your account and to improve your site experience.

We may share certain contact information provided by our users in any of the following circumstances:

Children

Note Solutions LLC will not knowingly collect any personal information from or allow the registration of young people under the age of 13.

An IP address is a number that's automatically assigned to your computer whenever you're surfing the Web.  Note Solutions LLC’s servers log your IP address and collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration and to audit the use of our Site. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that your session will be logged yet your session on our site will be anonymous to us. We may use your IP addresses in cooperation with your Internet provider to identify you if we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our Terms of Use or to protect our service, company and/or web site.

Note Solutions LLC is not responsible for the content or practices of third party websites that may be linked to our sites.  Our site may also be linked to websites operated by other companies. These other sites may place their own cookies on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information. Changes

Note Solutions LLC may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes to this policy via e-mail or by placing a notice prominently on our site.
