What is Commercial Note Brokers?
Commercial Note Brokers is a new concept in marketing commercial real estate notes held by banks secured by Real Estate. We help investors connect with banks who hold notes they wish to sell. These commercial notes are offered individually at discounted values from the face value. Our function is to advise buyers of the existence of these opportunities and place qualified buyers in direct contact with the note-holders (ie, banks) to strike a deal.
In order to review commercial bank notes, registered buyers will need to execute a confidentiality agreement and submit their information in a secure environment to qualify to view details of bank confidential information on individual notes. Buyers will be allowed to perform due diligence examination of the debt and underlying collateral.
